BSW Group supports community and charity with Borders Book Festival sponsorship
BSW Group sponsors the Borders Book Festival in Melrose and, in doing so, raises money for the Future Trees Trust.
BSW Timber has bolstered its customer service offering with the opening of a new sales centre based at the Carlisle sawmill.
The investment in customer services will see four new full-time members of staff joining the team in Carlisle to ensure high quality service is supplied to BSW’s customers across the UK, and worldwide.
Tony Lockey, head of customer services at BSW Timber, said: “At BSW, we have a long standing commitment to our customers and our aim is to continue to provide a high quality service. We treat our customers as individuals, listen carefully to them, are sensitive to their needs, and take ownership of problems so that they can be confident that someone is dealing with a request.
“The new centre will enable us to place a greater focus on customer priorities and help enhance our existing strong business relationships.”
BSW are attending Timber Expo at the NEC, Birmingham on the 24th and 25th of September showcasing products from BSW’s easi and Timeless Timber brands as well as the new customer service offering.
