BSW - The Programme
Following a thorough induction, BSW Timber will offer you an extensive and carefully planned training & development programme, including the opportunity to work at our other Mills across the UK. After spending time immersing yourself in our processes and philosophies, helping us progress our Saw Milling procedures, you'll work with cutting-edge technology and innovative lean processes, learning how we embed quality into everything we do.
Within our company there are a number of areas, ranging from Production Engineering, Planning & Logistics, Sales and Marketing, through to Purchasing and Process Planning. When you've learnt the ropes, you'll help us find new ways to improve - from the floor of the Wood Cutting Mills to the application of the all-important finishing touches that customers expect from premium products.
In the process, you'll also keep our facilities and thinking right at the forefront of the industry, ensuring they are in line with our customers highest expectations.
BSW - The Candidate
All we ask as is that you're a graduate calibre achiever, with excellent communication skills, able to demonstrate high levels of flexibility and adaptability, plus plenty of enthusiasm.
