BSW Timber is the leading sawmilling company in the U.K., with six production sites in the U.K. and one in Latvia.
A vacancy has arisen within our Regional Sales Office for an Internal Sales Co-ordinator, Maternity Cover at our Carlisle Sawmill.
This position will involve reactive and proactive telephone contact with our customers and external sales team, maintaining our high standards of customer care as well as the processing of orders, responding to enquiries, sales calls, processing of customer complaints, raising credit notes and booking in deliveries as well as.
We are seeking an outgoing, confident and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under a demanding and changing workload. Good keyboard skills are essential along with knowledge of the microsoft office suites. Previous experience in a sales environment and/or knowledge of the timber trade would be an advantage but it is not absolutely essential.
