The Sales Team at Carlisle have a fantastic opportunity to join the team as Internal Sales Supervisor.
As the successful candidate you will act as a deputy to the Internal Sales Manager managing the Internal Sales Team in the ISMs absence ensuring the team adheres to set guidelines and works to achieve set sales objectives. You will also be responsible for dealing with all aspects of order processing, administration and customer service.
You will be involved in the development and continuous improvement of current and new sales systems & procedures and will be encouraged to identify opportunities to ensure efficient running of the office and challenge existing processes.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record within a sales or customer service based environment at managerial level. You will be confident at motivating and leading a team to achieve targets, as well as working on your own initiative. You will be prepared for a fast paced and challenging role in a Company demonstrating its commitment to change and future investment and will communicate well at all levels and share our client’s desire to exceed customer expectations and provide first class customer service.
