Heat Treatment
BSW Timber now offer heat treated timber to comply with the requirements of ISPM15
Heat treatment involves placing timber in a specially calibrated and certified kiln and heating it until its core temperature reaches 56 degrees centigrade for at least 30 minutes.
BSW Timber are registered with the UK Packaging Material Marking Programme. BSW Heat Treated timber meets the prescribed phytosanitary standards.
