British Larch for Cladding

BSW Timber's British Grown Larch is ideal for cladding projects due to its natural durability and sustainability.

Suitable for domestic and commercial applications, particularly where good impact strength is required, British Larch is an ideal, natural cladding timber and is most commonly used uncoated.

Only the best quality Larch logs sourced from FSC certified British forests are used in the milling process. Cladding boards come from heartwood based selection, are kiln dried and visually graded by BS EN 1186-3 into Sawn stock categories.

Compared to Siberian sourced material, British grown Larch:

  • Is typically warmer in appearance having a rich heartwood colour.
  • Exhibits more grain character.
  • Has a greater number of knots.
