Demand for timber is returning to the market. Our customers are looking to BSW Timber as the UK's largest sawmilling business to provide them with a reliable supply of timber.
The opportunity exists to build new relationships for the short, medium and long term. We work closely with our suppliers and are keen to develop a partnership approach to ensure a vibrant and robust supply chain in which all can benefit.
We are investing heavily in our mills and our log requirements will grow over coming years.
The supply species is Spruce and this forms the majority of our supplies, however we are developing markets for other conifers and expect this to form a significant part of our portfolio in the future.
